Flash Formation is introducing a new training format: intensive weekend sessions focused on “Firefighting Tactics and Intervention Management.” These training sessions provide a unique opportunity for current or future officers to enhance their skills in various aspects related to modern fire management, all while incorporating leadership in the firehouse. During these sessions, participants will have the chance to delve deeper into various topics related to the roles and responsibilities of full-time or part-time fire service officers. The content presented is drawn from various well-recognized scientific research works, and participants’ contributions are highlighted during real-life case studies. Furthermore, the evenings will feature discussions on various subjects to encourage the sharing of experiences. It’s more than just training; it’s a unique experience with leaders in firefighting tactics in Quebec. The package includes single occupancy accommodation from Friday to Sunday, morning meals, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner.
